For our Caracas site, we are looking for a professional to join our team as Finance Manager.
In the role, you will be responsible for leading the financial and administrative strategy for the Venezuelan operation, ensuring business economic health and tax compliance while spearheading the implementation of information systems (ERP/SAP) to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the full accounting cycle, treasury management, and cash flow to ensure business continuity.
Ensure strict compliance with all local fiscal and legal obligations in the Venezuelan regulatory environment and establish internal controls to mitigate operational and financial risks and ensure administrative transparency.
Coordinate the annual budget process and perform deep-dive cost analysis to identify efficiency opportunities in the supply chain.
Lead the management and strict control of inventories, including raw materials (liquid stocks), supplies (packaging/barrels), and finished goods.
Develop robust financial projections and complex scenario analysis to support decision-making and long-term business growth.
Provide strategic financial analysis and support during purchasing negotiations to optimize local spending and supplier contracts.
Lead the local implementation and stabilization of information systems (ERP/SAP) to ensure accurate reporting.
Requirements:
8+ years in financial management, preferably within the FMCG or Spirits industry.
Advanced mastery of ERP systems (SAP preferred),
proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI) and advanced Excel
deep knowledge of Venezuelan tax law.
Strategic thinking, team leadership, and high analytical capacity.
Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
