For our Zola Predosa (Bologna) site, we are looking for a professional to join our team as Digital Commerce Specialist with a permanent contract.
In the role of Digital Commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for sviluppo del canale eCommerce, con un focus particolare su Amazon Italia, Amazon International e i principali eRetailer italiani.
Responsibilities
Manage Amazon Vendor activities across Italy and key European markets, including new product launches, listings, content management, brand stores, deals, stock monitoring, and ticket handling.
Support the definition of pricing strategies, commercial terms, promotional activities, and media plans.
Monitor channel performance through the analysis of sell-in, sell-out, budgets, media investments, and promotional ROI.
Optimize brand presence on the digital shelf by coordinating product detail pages (PDPs), A+ Content, images, digital bundles, and brand stores.
Collaborate with agencies and cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, and Logistics, to ensure flawless execution of activities.
Manage channel-related administrative tasks, including ODA processes, cost centers, accruals, invoices, claims, and credit notes.
Prepare reports, business commentaries, and presentations for management and internal stakeholders.
Support the management of major Italian eRetailers by contributing to commercial plans, product listings, digital visibility initiatives, and performance monitoring.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in eCommerce, Digital Commerce, Amazon, or marketplace-related roles.
Strong knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central and the commercial dynamics of online marketplaces.
Advanced Excel skills with the ability to develop commercial analyses, reporting tools, and performance tracking models.
Good familiarity with reporting tools and, preferably, experience with SAP, SharePoint, and Power BI.
Ability to manage multiple activities and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail, autonomy, ownership, and a proactive follow-up mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Advanced English proficiency, required for collaboration with international markets and partners.
What we offer
Compensation for this position is expected to fall within a salary range from €35.000 to €42.000 gross annual base salary. The final offer will be determined based on the candidate’s professional background, skills, and level of experience, while ensuring internal equity and consistency.
